CANCELLATION, REFUND & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Cancellation Policy – Cancellation can only be accepted up to and including the day before shipment when an admin fee will be charged at 20% of the retail price or £5.00 whichever is the greater. In this instance Postage & Packing will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Refunds Policy – Refunds will not normally be given due to health and hygiene reasons. The only time a refund will be entertained is that the product is returned unopened in the original sealed posting bag that the product was delivered in. Refunds will be subject to the normal cancellation fee as described in our Cancellation policy above. Under no circumstances will Postage & Packing be refunded and cost of returning the product will be at your expense.
3. Credits will be made to the original credit card used to pay for the product and you should allow at least 7 working days for the credit to show on your account. Any queries arising from credits not received within the allotted time should be addressed to enquiries@floppeze.com or calling the number shown on this website.
4. Delivery will normally be within 28 days of submitting your order, in the event that you do not receive it within this time please check the status of your order using our website at www.floppeze.com sending an email to orderstatus@floppeze.com or calling the number shown on this website.
